Report

Hi!

I wish to report some problem with my eclipse installation. The Help tool
was working but for some reason whenever I use it now I get the following
information from the output and messages window:-

system interface error: No such file or directory in
open('//C/ECLIPSE/doc/bips/index.pl', read, _390)

I begin to think that someone might have mistakenly deleted one of the
files because I am not the only user of the machine on which eclipse was
installed. Could you please help me on this?

Secondly, I have been trying to get access to the online manuals but it
seems the user name given to my university and the password do not workany
more. I supply them below:

Username: ecl_ftp
Password: IXaYaabn    

I would very much appreciate any help on the above problems.
