Problems with ECLIPSE 5.0 instal.lation

I'm teacher from de Polytechnical University of Catalonia that it
has been trying to install ECLIPSE 5.0. During the installation
process of the TCL part I've got the errors that I've attached
to this e-mail in a Word file.
After these errors the access from the start menu of ECLIPSE
appears empty. But doing I direct accest to the file tkleclipse.tcl
it works.
Do you know what the problem is?
