make_suspension/4 crashes ECLiPSe if module does not exist (0916)

If the module supplied with make_suspension/4 does not exist, ECLiPSe 
crashes:

[eclipse 1]: make_suspension(true,3,S,notthere).
Segmentation violation - possible reasons are:
- a faulty external C function
- certain operations on circular terms
- machine stack overflow
- an internal error in ECLiPSe
