eclipse 5.2 & local +SpecList

Hello again!

In eclipse 5.1., everything is fine if write for example
local(array(olli)). But in the new release, I get "type error in local
array(olli)". So, how to do it right with 5.2?

This is a problem if you try to run revenue retimer with the new
eclipse. E.g. Vassilis' predicate define_csv_record/4 in csv_record.pl
does not work anymore.
