Re: lp_get(Handle,node_count,N) prints message

It was a problem with when we got the information from CPlex/XPRESS. We fixed
the problem by now getting the information from CPlex/XPRESS immediately
after calling the optimiser, so that it would still be available if the CPlex
state is destroyed (as it is after a call to lp_probe, which restores the
original problem and thus destroys the `probe' state).

The fix should appear in the next Patch build.
