The latest version we have at the moment for i386_linux contains
Cplex 6.5 (the file if_cplex65.tgz in the distribution).
Normally it would be possible for you to use this older version
of the Eclipse/Cplex interface, because your license manager
usually allows you to run an older version of the library
using a license for a newer version.

Unfortunately, CPLEX just changed their license manager software
between release 6 and release 7, so it is possible that it does
not work in this particular case (but I haven't tried it).
