about Eclipse 5.4 #27

I am just using the new version of 5.4 #27, for my program if in 5.3 #47
it is no problem, but for this new version 
I found something strange, see below:

What is the wrong ?

PL, I just use the constraint in ic such as Exp1 *>= Exp2 for the
real/integer number expression, it is ok?
