Anyway, this is more appropriate for eclipse-bugs since the error message indicates an internal problem with inconsistent data structures that we would like to investigate. Could you send us code and data to reproduce the problem? Alternatively, if you are using a version older than 5.4#41, you could try to upgrade, as the problem may have been fixed in the meantime.
