clpr library and TkEclipse

Tcl 8.3.1

In TkEclipse (but not DosEclipse), the query

 use_module( library(clpr) ), {X+1 = Y}

generates the error message

 illegal stream specification in writeln_body(toplevel_output, "\n\n%
Linear constraints:\n{", clpr_intern)

In DosEclipse the query executes correctly.

The clpq library seems to cause the same problem.
