Eclipse/Java interfacing.

Hi guys,

It's been a few months since I used the Eclipse/Java interface and I think
I've become a little out of touch. I have found a behaviour that I don't
fully understand with OutOfProcessEclipse. It seems to look for the Eclipse
files in the installed directory, not the directory specified in
EclipseOptions in the constructor.

I didn't get the impression from the documentation that this was supposed to
happen, but maybe I'm wrong.
