Could you raise the importance of:
 
Queue buffer allocation is currently has quadratic complexity but ought to
be linear. This strongly affects the performance of the embedding interface.
 
setval and getval loose structure sharing. This makes it impossible to save
circular terms and terms that have sharing where you are relying on it for
setarg to work as desired. e.g. A hash table that also caches a list of
keys-elements.
