We attempt to build a patch release about every two days.  The last couple
of such builds have failed due to problems with the Windows version.  The
next attempt is scheduled for Saturday; if it works, it should be ready and
on the FTP site before midday GMT.

It may be possible to just give you some updated libraries in the mean time,
but since I am not familiar with the bug or the fix, I cannot do that.
