Dear Dr. Tian,

I have been running your program on Linux with Xpress 14 as the external
solver, and so far the program appears to be running without error (for
the solve_bender(2,Vars) query, the program have gone for more than 200
iterations).

Can you please give me more information on your problem please: when
(at which iteration) it occurs, which external solver (and version)
you are using, etc. More details on the exact problem would also be
helpful.

When your program is loaded in, two warnings are generated. It is generally
a good idea to change your program to get rid of these warnings.
Also, in many places you are passing in individual variables of the
problem, it may also be easier to manage these if you group them into a
list (or lists) or matricies.

Cheers,

Kish
