debugging

Prints summary information about the debugger state

Description

Prints the information about the tracing mode: whether it is off, in creep or in leap mode. It then lists all procedures with a spypoint set, and then all breakpoints. The information is printed to the log_output stream.

This predicate is sensitive to its module context (tool predicate, see @/2).
