ECLiPSe was initially developed at the European Computer-Industry Research Centre (ECRC) in Munich, and then at IC-Parc, Imperial College in London until the end of 2005. It is now an open-source project, with the support of Cisco Systems. Up-to-date information can be obtained from the ECLiPSe web site
