Online documentation tar includes symlinks

Hi,

The tar archives for the online documentation contain symlinks (e.g.
umsroot.html -> index.html in doc/userman).  This means some of the
hyperlinks and cross-referencing in the online documentation doesn't work
under Windows (possibly depending upon the archiver used to extract it).
