Re: How to use the eclipse debugger under emacs comint mode

You sent a message to us asking about using ECLiPSe under emacs
last December. We have now updated our emacs eclipse mode to 
work better in such conditions:

1. The eclipse mode now has a menu and you can start eclipse within
emacs from there.

2. The newline is now intercepted by the eclipse mode itself so
it no longer appears on a new line.

3. You can alternatively start the remote tools directly from within
emacs, which provides the graphical debugger (instead of
the tty debugger) from tkeclipse for use with your emacs eclipse 
session.

This updated emacs mode (eclipse.el file) should be included in the next
release of eclipse, but if you would like to have it sooner, please let
me know.
