CHR logs messages to stdout

In general, eclipse is pretty good in _NOT_ logging to stdout.  The
CHR lib (ech) is the only exception to this rule, which is really
annoying.  For each user defined CHR constraint XXX of arity N, it
writes:

	Found CHR XXX/N, generating transformed code

to stdout.  I would really appriciate it if these lines would be
removed, or at least redirected to stderr.
