Inspector Doesnt work

Dear Sir,

I have installed the Eclipse Version 5.3 #41, Sat Nov 24 13:49 2001. When I start the inspector I get an error message "Error: Couldn't recognize data in Image file <Eclipse dir>/lib_tcl/Images/downarrow.ppm". 

Could you please tell me the reason and or send me a fresh copy of the downarrow.ppm file.
