Kish tells me that the most likely cause for this is that the .ppm files
have been corrupted.  Please check that the following files have the
appropriate size in your installation:

 3317 ./lib_tcl/Images/downarrow.ppm
48924 ./lib_tcl/Images/eclipse_logo.ppm
 3317 ./lib_tcl/Images/leftarrow.ppm
  865 ./lib_tcl/Images/number.ppm
 3317 ./lib_tcl/Images/rightarrow.ppm
 3318 ./lib_tcl/Images/uparrow.ppm

Kish also tells me the most likely cause of the corruption is that you used
some "smart download" facility or unpacking utility.  This needs to be
turned off because it corrupts some files (see the ECLiPSe download page for
details).
