Hi,

It sounds like your files may have been corrupted when they were
downloaded. Can you please check if the file size is the following:

8080946 Jul 16 03:33 eclipse_basic.tgz

If not, your version of this file is corrupted, and you have to download it
again.

This can happen if the files were corrupted somehow. Alternatively, this
can also happen if you ran tar on the files without the -z option to
uncompress the files (assuming your browser did not try to uncompress the
files first).
