ECLiPSe login problems

I'm working with Martha Pollack and am having problems logging in to
your server to download
ECLiPSe. Based on your message (see below), I assume the following:

username: ecl_ftp
password: IXaYabnn

I can not get this password to work from a web browser or a shell, by
ftp'ing on the command line. I think the problem may be the first
character. I've tried a lowercase L 'l' and a vertical bar '|' but
neither work. I've also tried to cut and paste without success. Any
help will be greatly appreciated.
